In case you missed it, we recently added a new feature to both Immix CS and CC that we think you might find valuable for your operation.
We have added a simple connection test as part of device setup. Immix will automatically connect to the device based on the details you provide and display a visual indicator of success or failure of this connection (i.e. display an indication of failure if the devices port is closed).
We have also simplified camera setup by providing the camera preview directly in the device setup screen. This eliminates additional clicks required to confirm the NVR/VMS is setup correctly.
We hope these additions will simplify and speed up the deployment of new devices in your Immix platform.
